Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture from your Google account.
Expense Data: We store the financial information you enter into the app, including transactions, categories, payment sources, and notes.

How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the expense tracking service

Data Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase (a secure database service) to store your information. All connections to our service use HTTPS encryption. Only you can access your expense data - we do not share it with third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services:
- Google OAuth: For secure authentication
- Supabase: For secure data storage
- Resend: For sending email summaries
- Vercel: For hosting the application
These services have their own privacy policies and security measures.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all your personal data stored in the app
- Export your data at any time (via Settings → Data Export)
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent for data processing by deleting your account
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
WhatISpend is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
